PBW20: Stationary Bike

Weekend was nothing different from the usual busy schedule that I have. But perhaps, the highlight would be this stationary bike. It’s nothing out of the ordinary but for me it is a milestone in my hubby’s life.
We chanced upon this after doing our weekly grocery. No, I did not push him to buy it. In fact, it was he who spotted this equipment and to my surprise, he was really eager to buy it. To give you a brief history, I have been inviting hubs to join me every time I go to the gym but he refuses. Quite frankly, I have been very concern with his health ever since he stepped the big four-O. He, in fact, admitted that when he reached this age, he started feeling a lot of things, prompting him to have regular check – ups.
Recently, he’s been very conscious about what he eats, which brings a smile to my face. Ever since we got married this has been my struggle to make him eat more healthy foods but I guess it was just a matter of time before he realizes and now, he’s the one telling me to buy more of the foods and drinks that he don’t normally want to eat. At least, he’s now health conscious!
Now, the challenge is if he will regularly use this or will it remain to be one of the decorations in the house?

You made a great decision for buying it. We have a bowflex, treadmill and weights at our basement which we uses once in a while. Actually hubby uses a lot. I only use the treadmill.

I absolutely agree to that, when I turned the big number it seems that my health is a little off and I can’t work out as good as before anymore. But I see to it that I do it regularly.. Goodluck to both of you!

oh wow! i want a treadmill or a cross trainer but i doubt i’d be using it much. was so excited with my wii fit before but i only got to use it a few times

anyway, since i hurt my knee, i wasn’t able to go out and do something different. although i got to see some movies so that’s what i’m entering as my pbw —> HERE. hope that’s ok

been wanting that stationary bike for years since I started joining FF’s cycling class. I bought treadmill over that and to my regret it didnt last for years.And also due to schedule changes I wasnt able to attend cycling class anymore. We’ll soon buy one too when our budget permits hehhe how much is that na btw sis?
