Coping up with Project 365 is really a challenge. But I am not about to give up. Although, I cannot take a photo a day, I still take shots whenever I can. Like these batch of photos, they are mostly taken during the day we visited the playground at Eton Centris Walk.

136/365 Want some Chicken Tenders? My son’s choice during our anniversary lunch at Fish & Co.

137/365 Lego City — this was on display at The Atrium of SM Megamall last May 9-21. It was a cool exhibit which captured my eyes. They even have a stunning replica of a real Ferrari.

138/365 Spaghetti with Meatballs. Due to insistent public demand (that’s my persistent son), I was able to cook this delectable pasta. A twist from Rachel Ray’s recipe, did my own version using what’s in my fridge and pantry. You can check out the recipe here.

Truly, I am falling behind this project … but I still wouldn’t want to give up. This batch will contain 10 photos to let me catch up.  Most of the photos were taken during our Baguio Trip.

92/365 It’s Good Friday — meaning were supposed to fast and no meat. So, I decided to prepare this Grilled Vegetable Salad. It’s also one way to make the kids enjoy veggies, you can find the recipe here.

76/365 I recently discovered this Instant Carbonara from San Remo. Perfect for baon (kid’s snack) and when you’re in a hurry. I added Tuna instead of bacon for a healthier option.
