Nothing grand, we just watched a movie of his choice and ate out after. One thing we have made our kids understand is that they cannot have a party every time they celebrate their birthdays. I believe it’s better like that so they do not get frustrated.

We watched Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief together with their friend – who is like part of the family.

The kids enjoyed their usual movie house snack — popcorn, and my boy’s fave — nachos!

After the movies, we decided to have a late dinner.
